Nick Punto may not be starting for the Red Sox these days, but he's still a champion. A 2011 World Series champion, to be exact.

The Red Sox utilityman finally received his World Series ring from his old manager Tony LaRussa before the game on Friday. Because Punto signed with the Red Sox during the offseason after winning it all with the St. Louis Cardinals, he was previously unable to attend the ring ceremony on the Cardinals' Opening Day.

Check out the exchange below, with a photo of Punto trying the ring on for the first time.
