Caroline Wozniacki, fresh off yet another Grand Slam loss, made it clear in her post-match news conference that she did not feel she deserved full responsibility for her defeat.

Calling the officiating a "disgrace," the former top-ranked player in the world objected to several close calls made by the line judges and chair umpire in Kaia Kanepi's favor. The 23rd-ranked Estonian won the match 6-1, 6-7 (3-7), 7-3.

"It's a disgrace that mistakes like this are made," Wozniacki ranted. "It wasn't even like, could have been in, could have been out. It was clearly out."

She was referring to a specific shot of Kanepi's in the second set that was ruled to have hit the baseline. Wozniacki was not shy about her opinions during the match, either, at one time pointedly asking the chair umpire if he had even gone to school. She also called him arrogant.

The No. 1 player in the world as recently as January, Wozniacki has never won a Grand Slam title. She has since fallen to ninth and has yet to win a title of any kind this year.
