There was a little bit of serenading going on at the Centre County Correctional Facility, the place better known as one of Jerry Sandusky‘s homes away from home.

The last time he was housed behind bars at the facility in December, Sandusky was harassed by fellow inmates, according to one 22-year-old inmate who recently spoke to The Daily.

The 68-year-old Sandusky, who was alone in a special unit reserved for sexual offenders, heard the other inmates singing a famous line from Pink Floyd’s “The Wall” when lights went out.

“At night, we were singing ‘Hey, teacher, leave those kids alone,'” said the inmate, who would only be identified by the name Josh.

Josh added adding that the facility held 349 inmates, and each knew who Sandusky was, as they had access to television and newspapers.

Quote of the Day

“I’m actually excited for him. This is going to be good for him. The way it went down wasn’t necessarily the greatest way, but I think he’s going to be happier. Get close to home. He’s having a baby. He can clear his mind and go out and play baseball.”
