Three years ago, LeBron James was raked through the coals after he walked off the court without shaking hands following a season-ending Game 6 loss to the Orlando Magic in the Eastern Conference Finals. He infamously declared afterward that he didn't like shaking people's hands after a loss because he was "a winner."

Kevin Garnett and Rajon Rondo had the good sense to keep their mouths shut, but their actions still spoke fairly loudly after Boston's Game 7 loss to James' Heat on Saturday night. By the time the final buzzer sounded, both had since left the court for the locker room.

It's not always bad sportsmanship, though. Larry Bird is among the modern-day proponents of not getting too friendly with the other team, especially in playoff ball.

The rest of the Celtics — including Paul Pierce, Ray Allen, and Doc Rivers — stayed through to the end and congratulated the victorious Heat.
