Vote: Which 2012-13 Bruins Game are You Most Excited For?Even though the Stanley Cup Finals finished just 10 days ago, fans of the NHL are already looking forward to next season, as the league announced its 2012-13 schedule on Thursday.

The Bruins begin the season with a trip to Philadelphia to take on the Flyers on October 11. The two teams met in the season-opener last year as well, with the Flyers claiming a 2-1 win to spoil Banner Night at the TD Garden. From there, the Bruins will play road games against the Devils and Canadiens before playing the Canadiens again in Boston for the team's home opener.

The Bruins will get their first shot at revenge against the Washington Capitals when the teams meet at the Verizon Center on November 2. The Capitals edged the Bruins in the closest playoff series in NHL history this spring, taking Game 7 at the TD Garden when Joel Ward scored the winner 2:57 into overtime.

Original Six rival, New York Rangers will be the opponent for the annual post-Thanksgiving matinee on November 23 at TD Garden. Bruins fans will get their only look at goalie Jonathan Quick and the Stanley Cup champion Los Angeles Kings when they visit Boston on December 17 in the teams' only meeting of the season.

The Bruins face their 2011 Stanley Cup Final opponent, the Vancouver Canucks on December 29 in Vancouver to begin a three-game western Canada road trip. Boston will ring in 2013 in Calgary when they play the Flames at Scotiabank Saddledome on New Year's Eve before completing the final leg of the trip against the Edmonton Oilers on January 2.

Next season's Winter Classic pits the Toronto Maple Leafs and Detroit Red Wings together at the University of Michigan's Michigan Stadium in Ann Arbor on January 1. The All-Star Game will be played in Columbus on January 27.

The Bruins' final home game is on April 11 against the New York Islanders, and their final game of the regular season comes two days later against the Buffalo Sabres.

There's still a lot to get through before the season begins, though, as the NHL Draft begins on Friday in Pittsburgh, with free agency to follow shortly after that. Additionally, the league's collective bargaining agreement is set to expire on September 15, and if the owners and the NHLPA cannot reach an agreement before then, it is possible the start of the regular season may need to be pushed back, as it was for this year's NBA season.

So, assuming that everything goes to plan, which Bruins game will be the highlight of the 2012-13 regular season?
