Lolo Jones Allows Glimpse Inside Her Olympic Training Regimen As Part of ‘Day in a Life’ (Video)

Lolo Jones has been making headlines for her connection to Tim Tebow and interviews with the likes of HBO and Jay Leno.

That hasn't distracted Jones from her training regimen, though. While Jones isn't often early to rise, she puts herself through grueling conditioning, which includes running stadium steps and weight training.

A three-time NCAA champion at LSU who specializes in the 60- and 100-meter hurdles, Jones came close to capturing the gold in 2008 at Beijing but stumbled over the second to last hurdle. It's clear that her near-victory has made Jones even hungrier this time around, and she is ready to prove herself for her country.
