Report: Zack Greinke Traded to Angels in Exchange for Prospects Including Shortstop Jean SeguraZack Greinke is heading to Los Angeles.

The Angels have reportedly traded for the Brewers right-hander, according to multiple reports, in exchange for a package of prospects including shortstop Jean Segura.

Brewers general manager Doug Melvin had said previously that his ace pitcher was definitely going to be traded before the July 31 deadline, and now he's made good on that.

Greinke is 9-3 this year with a 3.44 ERA for Milwaukee, who decided to be sellers at the deadline after recently losing six straight games. He'll join a staff in Los Angeles (of Anaheim) led by Jered Weaver, C.J. Wilson and Dan Haren.

The Angels entered Friday night five games back of the AL West-leading Texas Rangers, but leading the AL wild card standings.
