Report: Serge Ibaka Agrees to Four-Year, $48 Million Extension With ThunderSerge Ibaka has become a beast in Oklahoma City's frontcourt, and it looks like he'll stick around for a while.

Ibaka and the Thunder have agreed to a four-year extension worth $48 million, according to Yahoo! Sports' Adrian Wojnarowski.

Ibaka has led the NBA in blocks two straight seasons, including averaging a league-high 3.7 stuffs per contest last year. That shot-blocking prowess was recognized when the 22-year-old forward was selected to the NBA All-Defensive First Team.

The 6-foot-10 forward was slated to become a restricted free agent next summer, but it looks like that will no longer be the case. James Harden is also in line to become a restricted free agent in 2013, though, so the Thunder aren't exactly out of the woods when it comes to dealing with their core.

Ibaka, who played for Spain at this year's London Olympics, averaged 9.1 points and 7.5 rebounds per game last season as well, which was an added bonus to the stellar defense that saw him earn the second-most Defensive Player of the Year votes.

At just 22, Ibaka should continue to be a beast for years to come. Now, we at least know the next four are expected to come in OKC.
