It’s a good thing the swimming pools at the London Olympics don’t have that chemical that turns your pee blue, because Ryan Lochte would have been bagged a long time ago.

Lochte caught up with Ryan Seacrest on Friday, and the swimmer was asked point blank whether he pees in the pool. Lochte responded rather candidly.

“Of course. We always do,” he said.

Lochte admitted his urination tendencies have carried over to London. Don’t worry, though. He only pees in the pool during warm-ups, and doesn’t do so during the actual races.

The gold medalist has an interesting theory when it comes to the whole pool-peeing process.

“There’s something about getting into chlorine water that you just automatically go,” Lochte said.

Well, you’ve got to appreciate his honesty.
