Brandon Lloyd is a pretty fierce competitor out on the football field. But every now and again, he likes to have some fun.

While the Patriots offense erupted for 45 points during the second half of Sunday's 52-28 win over the Bills, Lloyd began enjoying himself out on the field.

With the Patriots up 42-28 later in the fourth quarter, Lloyd bolted down the right sideline and laid out to bring in a 25-yard touchdown pass — his first with the Patriots — from quarterback Tom Brady. The funny thing about the grab, though, is that a photo of Lloyd shows him smiling as he corrals the ball inside the end zone.

The touchdown must have pleased Lloyd, and rightfully so, as he had yet to record a score in his first three games with New England, but he was literally looking right into the camera on the play. The photo shows Lloyd staring right into the photographer's camera and smiling as wide as he can while completely airborne and headed for impact on the turf below.

When approached about the photo on Monday, Lloyd said that the look was merely his "try hard" face, according to Shalise Manza Young of The Boston Globe.

Maybe it's not quite be 'blue steel," but Lloyd should name that look because it's an instant classic.

Check out the photo of Lloyd's touchdown below.
