Greg Stiemsma
never got tired of the grind last season. It took the Randolph, Wisc., native too long and too many miles to get to the NBA for him to start whining about the physical demands of the sport.

Now the proud owner of a multiyear deal with the Minnesota Timberwolves, Stiemsma has not lost sight of where he came from. While he signed autographs as part of his job on Monday, the 27-year-old shot-blocking menace sent out a starstruck tweet and photo.

"Finished another set of autographs today," Stiemsma tweeted. "Still blows my mind that this is part of the job."

Stiemsma added with hashtags that he is #blessed and is still a #smalltownkid at heart.
