Pat Patriot will replace flying Elvis for at least one week when the Jets come to Foxboro this Sunday afternoon.

The Patriots announced via Twitter on Tuesday morning that they will be wearing their red throwback uniforms Sunday for their AFC East matchup with the Jets.

The Patriots actually went with the red throwbacks against the Jets last year as well. They broke out the old-school look against New York on Oct. 9, and New England won that game 30-21 behind a two-touchdown, 136-yard effort from BenJarvus Green-Ellis.

Kickoff on Sunday is at 4:15 p.m. ET at Gillette Stadium.
