A Steelers fan can't believe how good the Patriots have been at home — so, he assumes they're cheating.
Bryan O'Leary has spent $30,000 self-publishing his book "Spygate: The Untold Story" according to the New York Post.
O'Leary, with the help of a Vegas bookmaker and a Ph.D. in statistics from China, used numbers from New England's home games to "prove" that the Patriots are still using spygate tactics. That's why they've been so good in Foxboro since 2002, not because they're a talented team with one of the best coaches in the history of football.
O'Leary also claims that the Patriots are still continuing their videotaping ways, which is how they've maintained such a strong home showing since they were caught by the Jets.
The Patriots are 77-16 at home since 2002 and 34-7 since 2007.
The Patriots and their fans should take this book as one big compliment. A Steelers fan is so bewildered by their success that he's spent $30,000 writing a book to try to explain it to himself. Sure, the Patriots have a better home record than any other team during that span, but they've also been the best team in this era.
