Marc Savard Inching Closer to Return While Contract Rumors Swirl

Marc Savard skated in Atlanta with the Bruins on Thursday morning, but Claude Julien and the Bruins are being cautious in taking their time with the star center's return.

The Bruins are also reportedly close to a long-term deal with Savard that could be for as many as seven years. Mike Milbury says that the Bruins have learned in the past two months what life without Savard is like, and that may be a factor in getting a contract done.
