Really Simple Syndication (RSS) is an XML-based format for content distribution. NESN.com offers several RSS feeds for use in news readers and Web logs (blogs). These feeds include constantly updating headlines, summaries and links back to NESN.com for the full content. NESN.com offers headlines, videos, podcasts, blogs, and message boards in a subscribable format. RSS feeds are free and NESN.com currently uses RSS 2.0.
