Vote: What Should Be the Patriots' Biggest Concern Heading Into Sunday's Game Against the Bills? If the Patriots lose three in a row, there could be bedlam in New England.

The Patriots are trying to avoid just that on Sunday as they head to Buffalo to try to end a two-game skid. Tom Brady will be trying to get the job done short-handed. The Patriots will be without Aaron Hernandez and Julian Edelman on Sunday, both have been declared out on this week's injury report.

That's not New England's only concern heading into Buffalo. Logan Mankins missed a full week of practice and reportedly did not travel with the team on Saturday. Without Mankins, the Patriots could see some of the offensive line issues from the preseason popping back up.

After two strong weeks of defending the pass, the Patriots reverted back to their old selves last week giving up 382 yards and three touchdowns to Joe Flacco. Devin McCourty will have to have a good game, and Kyle Arrington will have to play a lot stronger than he has to start the season. Will this be the week that Ras-I Dowling makes his return to regular playing time?

The Patriots defense has been built from the ground up to stop the run, and they've done a pretty good job of it so far this season. They haven't had to face a two-headed attack like the Bills' C.J. Spiller and Fred Jackson yet though. If both players are healthy and playing, the Patriots may need to stack the line to stop the Bills.

So what do you think the biggest concern should be tomorrow?
